Online prenatal program
Our Online Prenatal Program is free, and will provide you with information on:
- pregnancy,
- labour and delivery,
- feeding your baby,
- caring for your baby and keeping them safe,
- parenting, and
- helpful services in your community.
The program includes slides with audio, videos and quizzes. You can complete the program at your own pace. You can return to the program at any time to continue where you left off.
If you have questions about the program or what is covered in the program, call the Parenting in KFL&A phoneline at 613-549-1154 or email Parenting@kflaph.ca to speak to a registered nurse during office hours. E-mail is not a secure method of communication, so please do not send us personal information in this way.
