Addiction & Mental Health Services - Kingston Frontenac Lennox & Addington - Offers information and services related to mental health and addiction, such as individual counselling, support groups and access to other addiction supports.
Street Health Centre - Kingston Community Health Centres (115 Barrack Street, Kingston) - A 365 day per year harm reduction centre that offers a range of programs, including a needle exchange program, harm reduction supplies, primary care, addiction services and counselling on topics such as drug use, addiction, mental health and more. Street Health provides Rapid Access Addiction Medicine (RAAM) services and Opioid Substitution Therapy (methadone and suboxone) clinics.
Change Healthcare Inc. - Offers opioid substitution therapy clinics (methadone and suboxone), harm reduction supplies and Hepatitis C treatment.
Limestone Area of Narcotics Anonymous - Offers free group meetings for anyone who wants to stop using any kind of drugs or alcohol.

Sterile supplies for drug consumption. Naloxone, the drug that temporarily reverses an opioid ovedose is available at these locations for free.

Overdose prevention |
The Consumption and Treatment Services (CTS) site (661 Montreal Street, Kingston) - Provides harm reduction supplies, naloxone, and a supportive environment for the consumption of substances under the supervision of someone trained to respond to an overdose. Ontario Overdose Prevention Line - Provides a virtual supportive environment to consume substances while on the line with an operator who can call for emergency help if you become unresponsive.

Detoxification Centre - Offers a confidential, voluntary, short-term, non medical, 22 bed co-ed residential services for people 16 years of age or older who are:
The Salvation Army Kingston Harbour Light (562 Princess Street, Kingston) - Abstinence-based residential treatment program services for men from Ontario. Length of stay can range from 8 to 16 weeks, depending on need. The program includes counselling, skill development, medication referrals, discharge planning and more.
