Entering Canada 

If you have recently entered Canada, you must follow the direction provided by the Federal Government under the Quarantine Act.

Some federal rules for quarantine and isolation after entering Canada are different from the provincial or territorial rules. In this case, you must follow the stricter rules. For example, if you must isolate after testing positive on your arrival test, mandatory isolation is for 10 days, even if the province does not require isolation.

If you have been directed to quarantine by the Government of Canada KFL&A Public Health cannot influence Federal Quarantine obligations.

Travel restrictions

Travel restrictions continue to change around the world and can change suddenly without notice. Understand the risks travel may have on you and your family.

KFL&A Public Health cannot provide letters or documents required for travel

If you need your lab result that shows you tested positive for COVID-19, please contact your testing provider:
