This continuous quality improvement (CQI) initiative originated out of concern that Early Expressions Speech and Language Services program staff had about the continuity of care provided to clients and their families. As a result of these staff concerns, Early Expressions implemented a new service delivery model in January 2009. The evaluative component of this CQI initiative was to assess parental and provider satisfaction with the service delivery model before and after the new model was implemented.
The purpose of this brief report is to provide preliminary results from the Early Expressions provider survey. A detailed report of both provider and parental survey results will be compiled at a later date. Methodology and design for the provider component of this evaluation are outlined in Appendix A.
