KFL&A Public Health is a local public health agency with over 200 staff and 150 volunteers who deliver public health programs and services to the people of the KFL&A area. The Corporate Services Division has an immediate opening for a Manager, Information Technology & Information Management (IT/IM). Reporting to the Director of Corporate Services the Manager, IT/IM is responsible for the operational management of the agency’s IT/IM infrastructure and for providing leadership in the development of a strategic information technology and management function that supports the Public Health Accountability Framework and the organization’s strategic priorities. We are looking for a strategic, proven leader to join our management team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree (Computer Science Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent), and IT certification(s), coupled with a minimum of five years progressive professional IT/IM experience, including experience in (1) IT operations in a hybrid (cloud/in-house data centre) hyper-converged and heavily virtualized VDI environment and (2) in implementing an IT/IM business model and managing human, fiscal and capital resources.
