Feeding Your Baby Solid Foods is a free in-person program. This class will provide information on:

  • When to start solid foods.
  • What foods to offer.
  • Food safety.
  • Textures and finger foods.
  • Preventing choking.
  • Preventing allergies.
  • Making mealtimes positive.
