The Food For You, Food For Two is a prenatal program that brings people who are having a baby together to learn about pregnancy, birth, food, and nutrition, and taking care of your baby. Join us to cook and eat food together, meet new people and take home some healthy food. Transportation and child-minding may be available.

Who can join?

Individuals who are pregnant or who have a baby less than 6 months of age. Feel free to bring a friend or support person along with you.


Drop in to one of our locations and join in!

Excluding holidays. If class falls on a holiday, dates may change.

Kingston Community Health Centres, 263 Weller Ave., Kingston

All classes run from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.

  • July 7 and 21
  • Aug. 11 and 18
  • Sept. 8 and 15
  • Oct. 6 and 20
  • Nov. 3 and 17
  • Dec. 1 and 15
Lennox and Addington Resources for Children, 465 Advance Ave., Napanee  

All classes run from 12:30 to 2:30 p.m.

  • Every Wednesday.

Note: The program will be closed for the month of July 2025.
