Introducing our new online prenatal program

We are thrilled to announce the launch of Bump to Baby - our newly updated, all-in-one-prenatal program designed to support and guide you on our parenting journey.

If you have already registered for the previous prenatal program, you should receive an email with instructions on how to log into Bump to Baby. If you have any issues, please email us or call  Parenting in KFL&A at 613-549-1154

The program is an online course that includes videos and quizzes. You can complete the program at your own pace.

If you have questions about the program, email us or call Parenting in KFL&A at 613-549-1154 to connect with a registered nurse. Email is not a secure method of communication, so please do not send us personal information in this way.

The email and phone numbers listed are not emergency services. If you are having pain, bleeding, or other health concerns, call your health care provider or 911 as soon as possible.

All information contained in this program is for general information purposes only. These web pages and programs do not provide medical advice. The information is not intended to replace or be a substitute for consultation with a qualified professional.
