Immunization records and reporting

Did you know that in Ontario, it's important for parents and guardians to report their child's immunizations to KFL&A Public Health? Health care providers don't automatically report immunizations to the local public health agency, but don't worry, it's easy to do and helps keep records up to date according to the Immunization of School Pupils Act standards.

Stay on top of your child's health and make sure their immunization records are up-to-date by reporting today!
