Recent surveillance efforts conducted by KFL&A Public Health has found the presence of mosquitoes carrying the West Nile Virus (WNV) in the Kingston, Frontenac, and Lennox and Addington region. The Kingston, Frontenac, and Lennox & Addington (KFL&A) Community Drug Strategy Advisory Committee (CDSAC) is exploring decriminalization of illicit substances for personal use by conducting local community consultation. Community members are asked to complete an online survey and share their thoughts on decriminalization.
