Test Your Home for Radon

Kingston, ON – Homeowners in the Kingston, Frontenac, and Lennox & Addington area are encouraged to test their homes for radon. Starting November 1, KFL&A Public Health will be selling certified radon tests for $20. Anyone interested can purchase a radon test at any of our office locations in Kingston, Napanee, Sharbot Lake or Cloyne.  Homeowners may return the test three months later to KFL&A Public Health to have it sent to the laboratory for analysis.  The laboratory will send all homeowners...

Get Immunized Against Influenza

Kingston – The sooner that a person is immunized against influenza, the sooner they are protected from this contagious and potentially dangerous illness. It is also important to get immunized to protect vulnerable people such as the elderly and those who are too young to be immunized. Breastfeeding in Public Campaign Launches in KFL&A
