To order publicly funded vaccines, you will need:

  • A copy of your office’s vaccine temperature log from the previous month, or since your last order.
  • The number of the doses in stock of the vaccines you wish to order.

To sign-up as a new site or add a new fridge, contact KFL&A Public Health by email vpd.nurse@kflaph.ca or fax 613-549-0985.

Pick-up and delivery

Vaccine orders not claimed by 4:30 p.m. on Fridays will be re-shelved and a new order will need to be submitted. Please limit ordering to no more than one order per week for volume purposes.

Kingston orders

  • Kingston orders will be ready three business days (72 hours) after the order is placed. 
  • Kingston office pick-up is available from Monday to Friday between 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Napanee orders

  • Napanee orders must be submitted by noon on Wednesday to be ready for pick-up at the Napanee office the following week. 
  • Napanee office pick-up available:
    • Monday, from 1 to 4:30 p.m.
    • Tuesday to Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (closed 12 to 1 p.m.)
  • If a Napanee area provider wishes to receive an order prior to this delivery, they must arrange for pick up or courier from the Kingston office.
