Record searches

KFL&A Public Health will conduct a search to locate all records related to the operation of a premise for an indicated property. There is a $150 fee.

Note: property owner must provide permission to release their personal information.

Application instructions

  1. Print and complete the Record Search Application and save to your computer. You will need to upload this to your online payment form in step.
  2. When printing, please ensure the "scale, fit to page" option is turned off.
  3. Complete the Record Search Payment form, and upload the completed forms as instructed.
  4. Have your credit card ready for payment. If you prefer to pay with debit or credit card in-person, please visit a KFL&A Public Health office.
