Adults walking indoors

The Walking to Wellness program has ended for 2025, but will be returning in 2026! Please subscribe to this page to be notified by email when we update for the new season.

Walking to Wellness is a free, safe, and social indoor walking program for people of all ages to increase their physical activity. The program is offered at six municipal sites in the KFL&A area in partnership with the City of Kingston, Loyalist Township, and the Town of Greater Napanee. There is no registration or membership required.

Strollers, walkers, and wheelchairs are always welcome. Bring a friend or meet new people onsite!
